entries are now open for the Scottish Borders Hill Rally 2009. The event&lt;br /&gt;
will be held from Saturday 28th November until Sunday 29th November 2009 at&lt;br /&gt;
Forrest Estate situated a few miles north of St Johns Town of Dalry in&lt;br /&gt;
Dumfries &amp;amp; Galloway.&lt;br /&gt;
